About us
Millennium Hall at Towson University opened in 2000. This residence hall is managed by COCM and houses Towson University students exclusively.
We offer apartment style units with 4 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full size kitchen and living room in each apartment.
We have a partnership with Towson university that has TU managing the community and security aspects of living in the building and COCM managing the licenses and maintenance of the building.
Millennium accepts transfer freshman for fall (non first year college students) and upperclassmen (30+ credits). Applications are available on our website.
