About us

Mindy Riseden focuses her practice on commercial litigation, particularly at the trial level, with over 18 years of experience. She represents individuals, local businesses, national corporations, and multinational organizations in disputes involving construction litigation, partnerships, insurance brokerage, real estate, and contracts. Mindy enjoys working with people and believes in diligent, persistent, and flexible advocacy to help clients achieve their goals. Fluent in Spanish, she has studied and lived abroad in Mexico, Spain, Chile, and Hong Kong. She interned for Federal and State judges and served as a Briefing Attorney for Justice Catherine Stone of the Court of Appeals of the Fourth District of Texas.
