About us

Dr. Mirza Baig, MD, is an experienced Infectious Disease specialist at the South Belt Clinic in Houston, Texas. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for a wide range of infectious diseases, with a focus on delivering personalized treatment to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Dr. Baig earned his MBBS from Dow Medical College, University of Karachi, Pakistan. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine, where he also advanced to a PGY 2 position. In addition to his medical training, Dr. Baig holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, Dr. Baig joined CLS Health in 2022. He is committed to offering the highest standard of care in infectious disease treatment, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
