About us
SAFE COUNSELING provides outpatient mental health assessment and therapy for teens and adults—individual, couples, family, and groups plus an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and recovery oriented support for co-occurring substance use concerns. What sets us apart is coordinated, whole person care: practical treatment plans, skills-based support, and collaboration with medical and community providers (with consent) to reduce gaps in care. We offer in-person and telehealth options, and welcome walk-ins when availability allows. Clients can expect clear communication about services, fees, and next steps, focused on stability, safety planning, and measurable progress.
