Who We Are: Founded decades ago by the Bixler Family, we roast the best coffee in Colorado on our beautiful Diedrich coffee roaster. Our passion for quality stems from more than thirty years of experience begining in 1991 working for Martin Diedrich at Diedrich Coffee (now Kean Coffee). Our coffee and coffeehouse are heavily influenced by the legacy of Diedrich Coffee and our love for craft coffee roasted and served in the tradition of the great historic coffeehouses and coffee roasters of Italy, Austria, and Hungary.

What We Offer: A Colorado Springs community oriented coffeehouse with really good coffee by the cup, the bag (fresh roasted daily for your home, office, church, fundraising project, grocery store, or restaurant), co-working space, conference rooms, award winning breakfast burritos, the Wall Street Journal, fast internet, served in a beautiful coffeehouse and cafe made of stunning reclaimed redwood.
