Mission Prep Teen Treatment provides specialized residential mental health services for teens across San Diego County and beyond. As a leading mental health treatment center in Southern California, Mission Prep Teen Treatment offers a safe, structured, and empowering environment where girls can heal, grow, and build the skills needed for lasting emotional well-being.
Our residential program supports adolescent girls facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and more. Our experienced clinical team uses proven therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy to support each teen’s journey toward growth, resilience, and a healthier future.
