About us
I am passionate about helping people discover their purpose and self worth so that they can show up as the best versions of themselves. I have personal experience with the pains of addiction, broken families, blended families, the pains of cancer, loss to suicide, children with ADHD, depression and anxiety and navigating crisis situations. I believe in the power of our brains and our thoughts and would love to explore this with you. I also know firsthand that life can be hard and that sometimes a little bit of medication can really help. I would love to be given the opportunity to work with you and help you live a life that is full of purpose and connection.
