I, Mitsu Emig am a trained clinical social worker and psychotherapist who has transitioned into hypnotherapy. After practicing traditional psychotherapy in the US, my experience becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist by the IMDHA convinced me of the many benefits hypnotherapy offers. Put simply, I have found hypnotherapy to be an excellent tool for tackling any issue, whether longstanding or recent; these include stress from life-changing events, traumas, issues with confidence, and so on.
