About us
We are an outpatient physical therapy provider under Medicare Part B. Since 2016 we have offered in-home visits for outpatient therapy. Starting in November 2020, we offer in clinic services as well in our new office at 27 Main St., Dallas, PA 18612.
In the clinic we will offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy in addition to personal training, wellness and fitness services, and Yogahab Classes.
Our mission is to be the community leader in geriatric rehabilitation by promoting our seniors to age in place, forming strong partnerships with other members of the healthcare team and delivering high value care by avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations, surgeries, and medications.
