Couldn't give less than 1 star, or i would have. my mother had her mobility scooter taken back by this company over 2 months ago, because they didn't file the proper paerwork with her new insurance company. We still have no scooter, and have gotten nothing but a big run-a-round and lies from these people. They put the blame for all this on the doctor and insurance company and will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. They will lie to you and blame everyone under the sun, except themselves.
Very unprofessional. We will NEVER use this company again!!!!!
