PAD is a chronic disease that can have severe consequences if it is left untreated. Please become familiar with the risk factors and symptoms of PAD to determine if you may be at risk. If you believe that you may be at risk for PAD you can call (888) 853-1278 to speak with a patient advocate or fill out a consultation request form and a patient advocate will reach out to you. The patient advocate will ask you about your symptoms and risk factors to help you determine your next steps. At Modern Vascular, we are dedicated to eliminating amputations caused by PAD.
