Dr. Mohammad Ali Reza, an internal medicine physician, provides adult primary care as part of the Lake Cascades Primary Care team, a Blanchard Valley Health System division. Dr. Reza earned a bachelor of science degree in human nutrition from Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan) and a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine (Portsmouth, Dominica, West Indies). He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital (Pontiac, Michigan). He is board-certified in internal medicine.
