About us
Moments By Max specializes in balloon decor, light up marquees and event rentals. We service Philadelphia (PA), New Jersey, New York, Delaware and the surrounding suburbs/shore points. We offer balloon arches, helium bouquets, centerpieces, columns, organic garlands, balloon walls, and custom sculptures. We just added our new LED neon and classic marquee letters and numbers to our inventory. In addition, we offer floral walls, event rentals and so much more.
