Property Concepts Broker in West Seattle, Seattle is the worst. They subscribe to the reatcive (and non-rective) school of mismanagent.
Repairs are made usually only after failure.
Their contractors have performed work without proper permitting which has caused numerous issues with resale of some of our units.
They also suffer from sloppy bookkeeping.
But don't take my word for it, check them out on Yelp.
They suck.
I only wish our board would fire them however as is the case with many condo boards, apathy rules the day.
