About us
Monica Reyes, a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C), grew up in the small farming community of Fremont, Ohio, where she learned the value of hard work and determination. Her grandparents played a huge role in her life, and she credits them for her interest in senior care and her compassionate nature. She joined ArchWell Health’s team because of its focus on communicating with patients and providing high-quality care. “When you come to the clinic,” she says, “we take time to discuss your needs and a treatment plan on which we can both agree.” Monica also enjoys exercising, cooking, reading, snowboarding, and ballroom dancing.
