About us
Monique Bosque-Perez, D.O., is the medical director of UF Health Community and Family Medicine - Jacksonville. As a family medicine provider, Dr Bosque has a clinical special interest in preventive care for disease prevention. She has a special interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle for patients through nutrition and exercise. She is passionate about volunteer work and has been overseas on medical mission trips to teach the next generation of medical students. Dr Bosque enjoys working with underserved populations in Jacksonville and surrounding communities.
