Best anniversary present. My husband gave me a Freedom Unlimited Supreme Wash subscription for my anniversary. At first I didn’t know what to think – a car wash. However, two weeks and 7 car washes latter I believe! Having three kids the car is always dirty. If you have kids and a mini-van you know exactly what I’m talking about. However, I don’t worry any more – my car is always clean! While my life is chaotic, it’s nice to know that the place I spend most of my time, the car, is now my sanctuary.

I dropped my Toyota Siena off for an Executive Full Service detail. I had high expectations given the $200 price and I still can't believe what an amazing job they did. It looks brand new! With 3 kids, the car was in pretty rough shape when I dropped it off. Now it smells and looks amazing. Great job guys. Thanks again!

I've been a customer of Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center for years. They are friendly, thorough and do a great job – EVERY TIME. In fact, when most companies are cutting back on staff and services, Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center seems to have taken to opposite tact; they have invested in staff training and upping their customer service which makes a real difference to me and is THE reason I will always be a loyal customer.

I usually feel like getting a car wash is kind of stressful until you're in the tunnel. Is my tire lined up? When do I shift into neutral? I feel like I'm going to break something or the guy will yell at me. The sign language from the guy here is difficult at best – thankfully they installed a mirror over the tunnel entrance so you can see your wheel going onto the track – NO MORE RIDICULOUS ANXIETY. After passing under the blowers a group of workers hand dries the car to remove any remaining water. I wish I knew they perform this much “hand’s on” work because I would have made sure I had cash to tip them. I felt so cheap, but they were nice to me anyway. I was very impressed and my car looks great!

Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center offers several different wash options, as well as express and full service detailing options. I have only ever purchased the $9 (cheapest) Exterior-only Wash. There always seems to be a ton of employees working. They run a smooth operation and I’m happy to have them do the dirty work because I would never do it myself!

I recently bought a car and have committed to keeping it cleaner than the last one so I have been shopping around for a good car wash. I’d been here before but there are shinier, more colorful places (the façade of this place is a bit dated) - I fell for the competitor’s gimmicks and went a couple times. I'm back to Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. I joined their Unlimited Full Service Deluxe plan so I can get the inside OR outside only done of my car for no extra charge!

WOW! This place delivers phenomenal results! Okay, let me explain. My sister-in-law backs into my mother's SUV leaving a 4 scratch over the rear wheel well. I needed to get those scratches removed before my father saw the damage. Let me tell you, the Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center crew worked some dynamite magic. It was as if they brewed a special removable compound from a lab in back, because within15 minutes there was no trace of a scratch ever being there! The guys showed great compassion, as I told them the story what happened. Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center saved the day and in the end my father didn't even notice a thing.

O-M-GEE! I am completely satisfied with the Executive Full Service detail they did to my BMW X5! It looks new! I hadn’t washed it in 3 months and my rims were caked in brake dust. Thankfully I did it... My X5 came out super hi gloss body shine and I can see my silver shiny rims again! Initially I was concerned about spending $200, but when I saw the finished product - I would have paid twice that amount! I live in Fairfield, which is not too convenient, but the drive past other car washes is well worth it. I am amazed at the value this place consistently provides! I recommend this place to everyone! Awesome job and excellent value! Keep up the good work!

The Freedom Unlimited Car Wash plan is a screaming buy and one of the best bargains I’ve come across in a long time. This is an awesome car wash that just found a way to make something awesome even better! They have increased the shiny bang for my buck by creating this new program! The customer service is always friendly and efficient. If my car doesn't come out right, they allow me to run through a second time. The car wash is fast, easy and convenient. I will continue to be a patron for a long time to come; they’ve earned my 5 stars!
