I grew up in this library, mostly nice people, but I would beware of the security guards who work their who have done harm to the patrons, especially me.

Back in 2003, a young girl was over-using the phone (being a kid), but the janitor (I think) was rough with her and actually tried to push her out of the chair she was sitting in! When my wife and I spoke up, her cursed us out and we reported him to staff.

A week later, his friend, a security guard (no names), assumed we were attacking his friend and brutally beat me up and charged at my wife after taking me to his office alone to talk to me, which I think was planned. He lied and said we attacked him (my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time), but it was a fact of getting revenge on his part. Never had a problem with him before, but this was a messy case.

This library is technically one of the best I have been too, but there are still things behind closed doors that are tragic that should be taken seriously. Almost sounds like...
