Monument Health Spearfish Clinic, North 10th Street is a primary care, family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life, from childhood to senior years. A Monument Health Home+ Pharmacy is located alongside the clinic.
Our North 10th Street clinic offers Genius 3D Mammography, a technology that improves early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Using three-dimensional technology, radiologists can better detect breast cancer deep within the tissue. A 3D exam finds 20 to 65 percent more of invasive breast cancers where early detection is critical to recovery. With 3D's clarity and depth, fewer patients will have to return for second mammograms.
