What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative process for individuals who are committed to personal growth that leads to significant life changes. Many things can interfere with your ability to make progress in your personal and professional life including: anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, a limited support system, lack of information or resources, discrimination, and/or dysfunctional thinking patterns and behaviors. With the help of an experienced professional, life coaching can provide a supportive environment to help you discover your real potential.
