Morning Breeze Yoga Studio which is owned by Jennifer Lerche who is the instructor for all classes. She is incredibly gifted at teaching and helping her students learn and grow. Her classes are taught in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, so if you are considering giving yoga a try and have little or no experience, you will fit right in and be accepted for what you can do.
