Do not get a vehicle from them or take it there for servicing. I took it in Jun 28th 2013, still haven't gotten it back it's Nov 29th 2013, I have called them more than 100 times and have only had a single call back. I called after the 3 weeks. No call back for 2 weeks. I don't know how they stay in business. No follow through. If they order a part they never check on it. Replaced my muffler under warranty, then it broke the next day, have it back to them. 5 weeks later they hadn't told the warranty people at lance. Just completely ridiculous. Called better business bureau, they would not return there calls either
Now Vernon is mad at me because I contacted state's attorney's office. it got them to at least respond. first time ever. they started they contacted me several times. my phone records don't show any calls from them. if they couldn't contact me they had me address they could have wrote a letter. never did that until state's attorney's office got involved
Update: the head light is reversed. The high beam is low beam and such. The rear tire won't hold air. Before I brought it to them out was a new tire that I just had put on.
The large mark on the front wheel splash guard it is much harder to remove. Thanks Moto italia.
The Honda dealer ordered and replaced the auto choke part. He then tested it. It actually revs up and gets warm. Like its supposed to. Thank you Honda Belleville
