Regrettably I requested Mountain View Equine Clinic to come out and look at my severely injured horse. The receptionist stated the vet was out of the office at the time and that she would call me back. I patiently waited for three hours for the vet to return my call, however, the call never came. I called the office back and got an answering service and again asked for the doctor to please call. After waiting patiently for the next 90 minutes... my horse passed away.
