Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon & General Surgeon specializing in Breast, and Liposuction Surgery. After having finished residency in plastic surgery and general surgery at LSU in New Orleans, Dr Mountcastle returns to his native Virginia to practice what he loves, breast augmentation, smart lipo liposuction, vein treatments, BOTOX, and mole and lipoma removals.
