Move On is far more than just another moving company marketing themselves as the #1 choice for your local moving needs, but we are a company formed from the vision owner Bryce Adkins had for creating a moving company that recognized moving as an experience instead of a checklist. This would allow us to be the best moving company by having enthusiastic and capable employees while focusing on handling each moving job as an experience we would be able to avoid the many frustrations and weaknesses that leave so many moving companies with bad ratings and helps contribute to making moving a stressful and frustrating overall experience.

Move On developed more fully as an idea when Bryce Adkins when he met Toddy Caldwell in a local Nashville coffee shop. At the time they were both entrepreneurs in different areas going in different directions, but after talking about their own frustrations with long distance, residential and commercial moving experiences. This led to an animated discussion about how the moving industry had so many weaknesses and yet no one was bothering to address them on any level. They talked about building a moving company that was based on tackling these issues and the vision went from a muse to a reality a short time later and quickly grew through direct referrals from realtors and word of mouth from high-end neighborhoods.
