Never, ever, ever, use this sorry excuse for a moving company. If I could, I would not give them even one star. I watched in agony as my best friend suffered through Mad Dash Movers exceptionally poor customer service. The lead mover was unprofessional and smelled like alcohol. After they made numerous mistakes, my friend finally called and complained, only to be treated like it was her problem. The owner was condescending and rude to her on the phone and threatened to stop loading the truck. The only reason we continued to use this company was due to the fact that we couldn't find anyone to replace them and we couldn't load the heavy furniture by ourselves. When the truck was unpacked, the new moving company was disgusted with the packing job that they did! Do not EVER use this company!!!!
