Moving Zone uses the 'ol bate and switch tactic. They give you an estimate that is very reasonable and then they take their time, pack boxes inefficiently to use more boxes and rack up the costs. Then they claim that you should have packed the stuff prior to their arrival. This is supposed to be an all inclusive moving service. How could I have packed prior to their arrival when they were bringing the boxes? The cost came in over double the quote and everything was already loaded on the truck. They're response when I refused to pay the full amount? well we can take 20 boxes off the truck. Afterwords, they left a huge mess of packing scraps behind and demanded large tips...told me there was a minimum tip requirement. I am now committed to posting reviews all over the web to prevent more people from getting ripped off like I did.
