I had a terrible terrible experience with this salon. While the owner is pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable, and she assured me using Aveda products is far better to color my hair, I have to admit, I lost ALL OF MY HAIR due to this woman, I went from shoulder length long hair to just a few inches left, from the coloring. I kid you not. And all she said was sorry. Granted, it didnt happen overnite, but it took a a few weeks. I made sure she did as much corrective work as soon as possible, and then I promptly took my business elsewhere. As I said, she is very likeable, but I was astonished at her lack of expertise. She should have known if my hair was compromised too much to color again. She didnt know. It's been almost a year and my hair is starting to grow again. But it has left me very very scarred. Why didnt I sue or something? Because that's not me, but I do want the word to get out. If you need a haircut, she's great. But I recommend getting your color elsewhere.
