I purchased a 6.5oz container of Fresh 100% Natural Mozzarella Medallions made by this company. I had heard that the taste was better than the fresh Mozzarella in the plastic packages so I picked this product at my local grocery store's gourmet section. I was really excited to go home and make an authentic Caprese salad. This product is EXTREMELY disappointing: has a rubbery texture to it and its tasteless. The good quality olive oil and cracked pepper I used on it was wasted - they couldn't even add flavor to this product. I was so upset that I wasted $4 bucks on this small carton that I registered to this website so that I could write a review. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
