When I went to MPS Interactive, I had a rough idea of what I wanted but never really had the complete picture. When I came aboard, they asked me about the learning goals I had and how I wanted them executed. After an exhaustive line of questioning, they started working and came up with an excellent representation of my ideas in the eLearning program they devised. The right blend of fun and intensive learning in the training have worked wonderfully well so far. Since I have handed over my training development to MPS Interactive my life has become considerably easier. They are experts in their field and leave no stones unturned when it comes to figuring out clients’ requirements. Even my trainers are finding it easy as their work is cut down considerably. It is simply too easy to track and monitor trainee progress and provide necessary feedback depending on the results. We are an IT company that handles multi-platform projects. Our training requirements are high as we have to keep our employees updated on the latest technologies. So, we thought of using MPS Interactive as our partner. And I am glad to say that the results were simply outstanding. The training modules were created with an eye on our exact requirements. Also, MPS integrated gamification and Virtual Reality technology in the training programs that they designed for us and it worked quite well. Now, our training sessions have become way more interesting than before and our new joiners are getting the hang of thing faster.
