I believe the owners name is Clay and he is a very very good actor. Pretends like he cares but will tell you anything so you leave the car there. My issue with this particular tire shop is the probation serving, disrespectful and plain disgusting individuals he has working for him. I drive a BMW and usually I have one particular mechanic take care of anything that goes wrong with my car. But unfortunately my school and work schedule has been so hectic I decided to use someone closer. If you do not care about washing your car this is your kind of place. The car was there for one day and all I needed was a tire replaced and alignment, but they had to break something. As soon as they pulled it from around back I noticed my rear view mirror was broken. I believe when one of his hooligans was adjusting the mirror they pulled to hard and ripped it right out!
