Mr.Water Softener Inc.filtration & Purification in Kenilworth is horrible...They CHEAT and LIE!!!!! They are part of a home service warranty and said they will work on it. However, they never showed up, called them and they never returned call. Called the home warranty company and Mr. Water Softener rep told the warranty company that they could not work on it as it was not part of the warranty. If not, why would these guys say it was and told me they will call the next day. Have morals and ethics. If you just want the deductible say so, but do not lie and say you will be there. Customer service horrible. Lie and Cheat!!!
