Andrea Yoshiko Carter PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama. She later graduated from Walden University with a master’s degree in nursing.
