About us
Lisa Graziano is Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has over 30 years of nursing experience.
Lisa is enthusiastic and dedicated to the profession of advanced practice psychiatric nursing and believes strongly in the synergy of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. She combines clinical expertise with critical skills including active listening, innovative thought, and critical analysis. Lisa works closely and collaboratively with clients to address their individual concerns and to develop a manageable treatment plan.
Lisa provides medication management: including evaluation, consultation, and prescribing, as well as counseling for individuals 18 years and older.
