About us
I have been a Nurse Practitioner for twenty five years. My background was private practice until fifteen years ago when I began to specialize in weight loss. I absolutely love this field. I believe in the wellness perspective: Self love, a healthy relationship with food and relationships, stress management through meditation and exercise, sleep all of it. My biggest job is to keep clients motivated to continue their weight loss journey. I added hypnotherapy to my practice five years ago just for this reason. I can honestly say that I love showing up for work everyday and having amazing client conversations about losing weight and empowering clients to walk the walk.
