I am Ofelia Esguerra, A Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 4 years experience in treating patients with mental health disorders (ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Schizophrenia ) and substance abuse addiction with three of those years working at Desert Parkway Behavioral Health Hospital.
I provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and evidenced based treatment plan to allow you to get back on track to recovery.
