Sepideh Saiedi is the founder of Mental Health Strive, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, certified Mindfulness-Based Mediation Guide, and Doctoral candidate at Regent University obtaining a Ph.D degree in Psychological Studies and Counseling. She possesses over 15 years of experience in counseling. Her approach to mental health services is an integrated one.
