Mt. Airy Foot & Ankle Center is dedicated to providing quality treatment for the foot and ankle for people of all ages. Along with specialized training and state-of-the- art technology, we offer kindness and respect for each individual patient. We look forward to getting to know you, giving you the care you need, and getting you back to activity.
Dr. James R. Shipley is the founder of Mt. Airy Foot & Ankle Center and has been practicing here since October 2008. Upon receiving his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Shipley attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA for his medical training, and completed his residency at Tulane University, Lakeside Hospital in Louisianna.
