MVH Health Care is the Center for Fitness and Health. With more than 40,000 square feet of space, we offer excellent the exercise facilities for fitness programs and the medical resources and technologies for Medical programs. Train at your own pace or have one of our certified personal trainers help you achieve your personal best.

For Fitness Programs, we have Top equipments and fitness studios, an indoor walking track and two indoor pools, professional trainers, and spacious locker rooms with saunas and massage service. All of our fitness programs are trained by our well versed fitness professionals. The fitness program may include the following Personal Training, Aerobics and Step Classes, Spinning Classes, Yoga and Pilates, Aqua-aerobics and Stretching Classes.

We offer members with the necessary resources to ensure health and fitness work jointly to get a state of healthier everyday living. With our amenities and expertise, we can diagnose and properly treat injuries or potential health problems.
