My Fitness Studio, LLC in Mesa, Arizona is the studio I love. I burn a ton of calories in the RealRyder cycle classes but have so much fun I don't even notice how hard I'm working. I love the new TRX classes, too. I'm not sure if I worked my abs harder training or laughing during that last class? Small group training is a blast! Great studio, great instructors.
