Had an appointment for my son to get his eyes checked. Waited for 1 hour after signing in at a 5 pm appointment. No acknowledgement that I was even sitting there, and not so much as a "I will be with you in X amount of time." Will never return to this location as it appears that they do not value time. A 5 pm appointment means 5 pm, not 6 pm or 630pm. It was by far the worst experience I have had at any ophthalmology appointment. If you value time and appreciate common courtesy, avoid this place.
