I went to Nail Maxx this past wknd because I wanted the convenience of using a nail salon in my neighborhood as opposed to going down to Newbury Street and dealing with the crowds and lack of parking. I must say that I made a very poor decision in going to Nail Maxx. Yes, the place looks nice but the service was less than desirable. The nail tech didn't have clue when it came to shaping my nails and ultimately she filed it down to my skin. This was painful and is unattractive. In addition, she didn't even paint my nails in correct manner. When I brought it to her attention, she gave me an excuse that didn't make much sense. Actually, I could have paid less at my regular salon and received better service. That said, I will not be returning to the Maxx nail salon. It's definitely a lesson learned and as a result, I'll be sticking with my nail salon on Newbury St.

wonderfully clean, a bit pricey but for the quality and cleanliness of your nails its well worth it. personalized boxes with your own nail files and colors. overall the experience it wonderful.
