I have been a nurse for 37 years and that shapes how I approach mental health. Working with me, you will feel heard and respected. You will explore how things like sleep and movement affect your mental health. We will consider treatments that are safe, effective, tolerable and available including but not limited to prescribed medications. My goal is to treat until you feel completely well, while centering your own preferences.
