About us
Since 1990 our Academy has educated thousands of Adults and Children in South Florida. Our unique system combines Self Defense, Traditional Martial Arts, Street Self Defense while developing Confidence, Focus and Self Discipline to compliment overall mental and physical well-being. Our children's programs include Bullying and Stranger Danger education to keep our children safe. We are a community oriented school and offer separate classes for Children and Adults.
