I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Dominican University, where I also completed my dietetic internship. I have experience in nutrition counseling with clients of all ages and varying conditions in clinical and community settings as well as the food industry and business.

In my own life and as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have experienced firsthand that improving ones’ nutrition means improving ones’ overall well-being. I believe that proper nutrition is a solid foundation for preventing and controlling numerous health issues and diseases, and eating should be an enjoyable experience that fuels our bodies to function optimally. My nutrition philosophy is built around using real, whole foods to achieve optimal health. I don’t believe there is a “one size fits all” diet out there because no two people are the same. With my individualized, client-centered approach to nutrition counseling, my clients and I will work together to dig deeper into the root cause of what is preventing them from reaching a desired health outcome and set them up with the tools needed for lifelong success.

Using the most up to date evidence-based nutrition research, I provide my clients with the knowledge and guidance necessary to make appropriate nutrition choices for a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to: food intolerances and allergies, heart health, diabetes and prediabetes, eating disorders, GI disorders, hypertension, kidney disease, high cholesterol, as well as weight loss or weight management.

In my free time, you can find me cooking up a new recipe, out on the tennis courts, or spending the day with friends and family.

If you are someone who is interested in making long-term health changes and working with my personalized nutrition services, I would love to provide you with the nutrition education and positive, non-judgmental support so that you can make your own healthy choices and discover your healthiest self.
