Nation Grinding, Inc. out of Dayton, OH, was started in 1954. Today, we are seen as an industry leader. Some of the services we provide are retrofits, rebuilds, and/or repairs hard-surfaced wire drawing blocks or capstans. We utilize advanced HVOF, plasma metalizing technology to improve resistance to wear and corrosion. Custom coatings are offered to restore worn metal surfaces on many parts, including sheaves, rolls, and wire guiding devices.
