National Settlement Consultants (NSC) was founded to serve Plaintiff and Applicant Attorneys by providing structured settlement expertise solely focused on the injured party’s interests. At the time, most brokers acted on behalf of insurance carriers—with no fiduciary responsibility to the individual. NSC was built to change that dynamic.
