Advanced Medical Group (AMG) was founded by Dr. Paul J. Kuzma in April 2015 as a way to give patients dealing with chronic and acute pain a growing number of medical options including injections, ablation, spinal cord stimulators and platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments.Many people think if they have pain, they need to have surgery. Dr. Kuzma has seen a number of patients who still have discomfort after they were sent by their primary care physician to a surgeon. “Just because you have back pain or joint pain that doesn’t mean you need surgery,” Dr. Kuzma said. “There are non-surgical options that can help you.”
