Hi Grace, I must tell you we have been taking Longevity Formula since mid-Nov. of 2014 my husband just had a blood test last week as he has always had high "bad" cholesterol his results from test that it is where it should be for his age he does take a medication for it but I feel your Formula has really helped along with it.
