Nellie B's began in 2014 as a mother-daughter duo on a mission to bring specialty pastry, coffee, and delicious home-made foods to the City of Elkins. What began as a small line-up of coffees, pastries, and limited desserts has turned into a hoppin' little breakfast and lunch spot where you can grab a bite, listen to great tunes, and make new friends!
